The Petaluma Garden Club meets on the second Monday from September through June at the Petaluma Veterans Building, 1094 Petaluma Blvd. South, Petaluma. Registration, coffee, tea, and a snack begins @ 9:30am. The Plant Table opens with member-generated plants at bargain prices.  There are sign-ups for Trips and Tours.  One can buy raffle tickets for member donated garden items and decorations. Business Meeting @ 10:00am; Educational Program @ 11:00am. At 12:00 we call the raffle winners and door prizes.  By 12:15 the remaining plants go on sale for 1/2 off. Everyone is Welcome! The public is welcome to attend for no cost, however, after three meetings, one is asked to join the club.  Dues are currently $60 a year plus $5 for the yearbook. The purpose of this Club is: to create a wider knowledge of plants; to increase and stimulate a general interest in gardening; to beautify the community; to organize programs and exhibits that shall be both educational and inspirational to all its members. Plants sales are student and volunteer-run with all proceeds going toward Horticulture Student Scholarships.
